Overview

It can also measure negative pressure. It is suitable for all kinds of occasions, harsh and dangerous environment and all kinds of corrosive media.
The transmitter changes the pressure signal into an electrical signal through the pressure sensor, and then the preamplifier amplifies and filters the electrical signal, which is sent to the conversion module for analog to digital conversion, data processing, display and output. The principle block diagram is as follows:
Passive medium —> sensor —> electronic circuit —> output signal
The pressure of the measured medium directly acts on the ceramic / diffused silicon diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a small displacement proportional to the medium pressure. After the electronic circuit detects this displacement, it converts this displacement into a standard industrial measurement signal corresponding to this pressure. The sensor has good stability and high reliability. Diffused silicon pressure transmitter can be used with various types of digital display instruments, automatic regulation system or computer system.
